[REVOSA] THUNDERING CABLE

Today I decided to make a little accessory that you can attach to your body (a mock lightning cable, named the thundering cable). By default it's attached to the back of your neck, but the item is copy and mod, and not rigged, so you can do literally whatever you want with it!
